Strong Adhesive Car Tyre Vulcanization Barcode Label Features

The Vizlent Strong Adhesive Car Tyre Vulcanization Barcode Label is engineered to remain bonded and readable through the high-pressure, high-temperature vulcanization process used to cure rubber tires.

The label is applied to the green tire before curing and survives steam, mold release sprays, and sustained temperatures of 170°C to 200°C without delamination or print degradation.

This tire vulcanization label uses a specially formulated rubber-compatible adhesive that bonds permanently with the uncured rubber surface, becoming essentially part of the tire sidewall after curing. The barcode remains crisp and scannable for full production traceability and warranty tracking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you customize the tyre vulcanization label size and barcode content?

Yes. VIZLENT offers custom sizes, shapes, and pre-printed colors, plus variable barcode data such as Code 128, QR, and Data Matrix for serialization. We can match your MES system data format and supply rolls calibrated to your applicators.

How does the label perform through the full vulcanization cycle?

Our tire labels are tested through complete vulcanization cycles at 170°C to 200°C and up to 25 bar pressure. The adhesive bonds permanently with the rubber, and the printed barcode retains Grade A or B scannability after curing for downstream tracking.

What is the MOQ and production lead time for wholesale orders?

Our MOQ is 5,000 pieces and standard production time is 10 to 15 working days. For high-volume tire plants we offer scheduled releases and bonded inventory programs to keep your curing line continuously supplied.

How strong is the adhesion to uncured green tire rubber?

The adhesive is formulated to wet out and grip uncured rubber on initial contact, then chemically integrate during the curing cycle. After vulcanization the label is essentially embedded in the sidewall surface and cannot be removed without damaging the rubber.

Which thermal transfer printers and ribbons do you recommend?

We recommend industrial thermal transfer printers from Zebra, SATO, or Avery Dennison paired with a premium resin ribbon. VIZLENT can supply matched ribbons with the labels to ensure optimal print contrast and scannability through vulcanization.
