Laser Marking Label Material Features
Vizlent Laser Marking Label Material is a dual-layer polyester face stock paired with a permanent acrylic adhesive, engineered to convert laser energy into a sharp, permanent color change inside the film.
Because the mark is generated chemically inside the substrate rather than printed on top, the Laser Marking Label Material delivers ribbon-free, solvent-free, low-maintenance traceability that survives demanding industrial environments. It is supplied in roll form for label presses or sheet form for digital cutters.

Frequently Asked Questions
VIZLENT supplies the Laser Marking Label Material in matte white, matte silver and gloss black, in both roll and A4/A3 sheet format. Slit widths from 250 mm to 1320 mm are standard and we can produce custom widths for your label press without tooling cost.
The mark is generated inside the polyester layer, so it is not affected by common solvents, oils, fuels or mild acids and remains stable under long-term UV exposure. The polyester face also resists abrasion, which is why this material is widely used on rating plates that must remain legible for years.
Stock-width rolls are available from a one-roll MOQ and ship in 3–5 working days. Custom slit widths and special configurations require 500 m² MOQ and 7–12 working days. We deliver globally and can split shipments to multiple destinations on request.
For nameplates, contrast and durability are the single most important attributes because the data on the label must remain readable for the full equipment life. Our laser marking label material is formulated for very high optical contrast and is designed to outlast normal printed labels by a wide margin in harsh service.
Yes. The face stock and liner are engineered to run smoothly on common flexo, digital and converting presses, and the polyester reacts cleanly with standard fiber, CO2 and Nd:YAG lasers. We share full technical data, recommended laser parameters and free swatches so your team can validate the material on its own line.
