Vizlent Anti-Static Label for Circuit Boards is engineered for the full electronics manufacturing chain, from bare board fabrication through final test.
The dissipative polyimide face safely bleeds off accumulated electrostatic charge, while the high-temperature acrylic adhesive locks onto solder mask and FR-4 substrates without lifting in reflow ovens or aqueous wash systems.
This anti-static circuit board label is sized and printed for high-density PCBs, where space is tight and barcodes must remain readable after multiple thermal and chemical exposures.
Variable serialization, 2D Data Matrix codes, and logos can be added during converting for fully traceable production.
