Polyimide ESD Label Material Features
Vizlent Polyimide ESD Label Material combines a static-dissipative polyimide film with a heat-stable acrylic adhesive engineered specifically for electronics manufacturing.
The polyimide substrate provides exceptional thermal endurance, allowing labels to remain legible and adhered through multiple reflow and wave-soldering cycles. Its controlled surface resistivity safely dissipates electrostatic charge, protecting sensitive components during assembly, testing, and shipping.
This label material is designed for traceability on bare PCBs, hard disk drives, and semiconductor packaging where both ESD safety and high-temperature survivability are required. The matte-finish topcoat accepts sharp thermal transfer barcodes and serial numbers without smudging.
