Plain Hologram Eggshell Stickers are manufactured from a specially formulated brittle film that fractures into many small pieces the moment removal is attempted.

Yes. We produce custom die-cut sizes and shapes and can incorporate customer logos or security patterns into the holographic layer. Plain versions without additional print are also standard for maximum frangibility.
The film is deliberately brittle and breaks into many small pieces as soon as peeling begins. It is virtually impossible to remove the sticker intact or to reapply it without leaving clear evidence of tampering.
Minimum order quantity is normally 5,000 pieces. Production lead time is approximately 10–15 working days after final specifications are confirmed. Samples can be supplied for adhesion and fracture testing beforehand.
High-tack acrylic adhesive works well on paperboard, coated cartons, and most plastic packaging. Low-energy surfaces may require surface testing; alternative adhesive grades can be selected if needed.
Roll-form constructions can be designed for automatic or semi-automatic labeling equipment. Because the film is fragile, careful handling and appropriate applicator settings are required. We provide guidance on roll parameters and application conditions.
