Flame Retardant Label High Temperature Resistant Labels
Features
Flame Retardant Label High Temperature Resistant Labels from Vizlent are formulated for electronics, battery, and powertrain assemblies that combine fire safety requirements with sustained thermal stress.
The face stock is either polyimide or a heat-stabilized polyester, both UL 94 V-0 rated, allowing the labels to withstand wave soldering, IR and convection reflow, and continuous operating temperatures up to 260 °C.
The high-temperature acrylic adhesive maintains shear strength across the operating range and does not soften, flow, or release the label during thermal cycling.
This combination of fire retardancy and heat resistance makes the flame retardant label a reliable traceability solution for high-reliability electronics manufacturing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We offer polyimide or heat-stabilized polyester face stocks, multiple adhesive grades, and custom die-cut sizes from 5 × 5 mm upward. Tell us your peak temperature, dwell time, substrate, and printing method, and we will recommend the optimal stack-up.
Yes. Our high temperature flame retardant labels are designed to withstand multiple lead-free reflow passes with peak temperatures around 260 °C without delamination, blistering, or print degradation. We can supply samples for in-line trial before placing a bulk order.
The standard MOQ is 2,000 pieces per SKU and lead time is 10–15 working days after artwork approval. For ongoing supply we offer blanket orders with scheduled releases to support your weekly production demand.
Both attributes matter, but for components installed inside sealed electrical or battery assemblies the UL 94 V-0 flame rating is typically the gating compliance requirement, while peak temperature tolerance ensures the label survives manufacturing. VIZLENT engineers each face stock to meet both criteria simultaneously.
Yes. We wind the labels on cores and pitches that are compatible with major print-and-apply systems, and the face stock liner is engineered for reliable dispensing without web breaks. Share your equipment model and label pitch and we will configure rolls accordingly.
