Cable Marker Label Sleeve Industrial Identification Heat Shrink Sleeve Label Features
The Cable Marker Label Sleeve Industrial Identification Heat Shrink Sleeve Label from Vizlent is a heat-shrinkable polyolefin sleeve that slides over the conductor and recovers tightly around it when heat is applied, producing a permanent, slip-resistant identification marker.
The cross-linked polyolefin material offers a balance of mechanical toughness, chemical resistance, and dielectric performance suitable for harsh industrial wiring environments.
Available in 2:1 and 3:1 shrink ratios, the sleeves accommodate a wide range of wire gauges and connector profiles. Halogen-free and flame-retardant grades support low-smoke and low-toxicity requirements in rail, transit, and marine applications. VIZLENT supplies the sleeves as continuous tube on reels or as pre-cut markers in ladder format for automated printing systems.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We offer both 2:1 and 3:1 shrink ratios with internal diameters covering wire gauges from approximately 1.5 mm up to 30 mm. Standard colors include white, yellow, red, blue, and black, and we can match custom colors and supply halogen-free or VW-1 rated formulations on request.
Our cross-linked polyolefin sleeves begin to shrink at around 90 °C and reach full recovery by 120 °C, allowing them to be installed with standard heat guns. Continuous service rating is typically -55 °C to 125 °C, suitable for harsh industrial, rail, and transit environments.
The standard MOQ is 2,000 pieces per SKU because of the dedicated reel setup required for extrusion and printing. Production takes 10–15 working days after artwork approval, and we can package the sleeves in ladder format compatible with most major industrial label printers.
Permanence is the most critical attribute of heat shrink sleeve labels. Once recovered, VIZLENT sleeves grip the conductor firmly and cannot be slid off or rotated without cutting, which makes them ideal for safety-critical and tamper-sensitive wiring such as aerospace and military harnesses.
Yes. The sleeves are produced in ladder and reel formats compatible with leading auto-feed thermal transfer printers, and the surface accepts resin ribbons for sharp, smear-resistant barcodes and serial numbers. We can supply printer and ribbon recommendations during specification.
