Beverage Labels Features

Beverage Labels must perform in some of the most demanding consumer environments—refrigeration, ice baths, high-humidity bottling lines, and retail display—without losing adhesion, print clarity, or structural integrity.

Vizlent manufactures beverage labels from biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), polyethylene (PE), and coated paper substrates, each selected to match the specific container material, fill temperature, and retail channel of the end product.

Pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesives are formulated to bond reliably to glass, PET, HDPE, and aluminum substrates even when applied at line speeds exceeding 300 labels per minute.

The face stock can be white, clear (no-label look), or metalized, supporting process-color printing alongside specialty effects such as hot-stamp foil, embossing, or UV varnish.

Scuff-resistant overcoats protect graphics from abrasion during palletizing and distribution. Every roll is manufactured to tight dimensional tolerances to ensure consistent registration on high-speed labeling equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Vizlent produce beverage labels in custom sizes and shapes?

Yes. We manufacture beverage labels in virtually any shape or size, including wraparound, front-and-back panel sets, neck labels, and custom die-cuts. Simply submit your artwork with a dieline and our technical team will confirm printability and adhesive compatibility for your specific bottle or can profile before production begins.

How do Vizlent beverage labels perform in ice-bucket and refrigeration conditions?

Our BOPP-based beverage labels are specifically engineered to resist condensation, cold-water immersion, and refrigerated storage down to –20 °C. The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive maintains full bond strength on glass and PET substrates even after prolonged ice-bucket exposure, and the lamination overcoat prevents ink bleed or smearing when the bottle surface is wet.

What is the minimum order quantity and typical lead time for bulk beverage labels?

Our standard MOQ is 1,000–5,000 labels per design depending on the substrate and print method selected. Production lead time is 7–15 business days from confirmed artwork approval. Larger orders or complex finishes such as hot-stamp or embossing may require an additional 3–5 business days, and we recommend discussing scheduling requirements with our account team for seasonal or campaign-driven runs.

Are Vizlent beverage labels compliant with food-safety regulations?

Our beverage label materials are formulated to comply with FDA 21 CFR requirements for indirect food contact, and we can provide compliant inks and adhesives that meet EU Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 for food packaging on request. We recommend sharing your specific regulatory requirements during the quotation stage so our material team can recommend the appropriate certified construction.

What printing compatibility do Vizlent beverage label stocks offer for in-house or converter printing?

VIZLENT beverage label rolls are produced with surface treatments optimized for flexographic, UV offset, digital inkjet, and dry-toner digital presses. We can tailor the face stock coating and corona treatment level to match your press type and ink system. If you operate high-speed rotary application equipment, we also supply labels in specified roll diameters, core sizes, and label pitch to ensure seamless line integration.
