Yes, it absolutely does! It is frankly exasperating that so many people confuse thermal transfer with direct thermal printing. I am relieved so much when the fans finally understand this basic difference. The ribbon is an inseparable part, looking directly at the mechanical coordination of the machine. And your great sticker paper will pass the […]
Laminated transparency film can certainly be done, although a very precise method is required to prevent an unmitigated disaster. Frankly speaking, it is a feel-good process that makes me think of a high-tech wizard, in particular, when using our high-quality VIZLENT PET face stock. Be careful of the heat-sensitivity of the transparency; the heat may […]
Peeling visco-elastic laminate consists in weakening the firm bond of the pressure-sensitive adhesive without ruining the paper beneath. When half the graphics are erased by a careless effort to remove the VIZLENT vinyl or PET laminate it is heartbreaking. The best way of doing this is to subject the adhesive matrix to controlled heat to […]
Blessed me, the mechanical difficulty of changing a roll of spent laminating pellicle, which is such a mechanical affair! It’s a delicate operation. First, be sure that the rollers are cooled–unless, of course, you are using our VIZLENT cold-roll pressure-sensitive mucilages. You have to unlock the mandrels and slide the new roll on. Passing the […]
In order to select the final protective pellicle, first of all, you need to analyze the thermal sensitivity of the printed substrate. I am scared when I observe excellent graphics destroyed by heat that is scorching and this is the reason why I usually recommend cold, pressure-sensitive finishes. Certainly, the environment of the substrate is […]
This is a transparent over-laminate which is a high quality thermoplastic sheet composed of high quality PET or vinyl. It employs pressure-sensitive adhesive and not heat-based resins. The film is attached to the printed substrate entirely by mechanical force, and no destructive heat is required. I panic when sensitive thermal transfer inks or sizeable B2B […]
Basically, self-adhesive paper is an exceptionally designed laminate, which comprises of a printable face material, pressure-sensitive mucilage, and a release liner.Peeling the silicone backing back is simply unbelievable, and that sudden, violent stickiness is simply stunning.I am completely fascinated by the fact that these visco-elastic polymers can fix to a substrate without the use of […]
Attempting to peel a pressure-sensitive adhesive off a fragile cellulosic surface simultaneously causes me feelings of fear and interest. The adhesive stubbornly stuck is dissolved slowly in a mild solvent, a hydrocarbon. I am a permanent B2B adhesives worker of VIZLENT polyimide and destructible eggshell sticker paper, thus I admire such powerful polymer bonds. Peeling […]
I wonder when I find out more about the microscopic world of visco-elastic polymers. A self-adhesive is in simple terms a matrix which bonds with zero thermal or liquid activation. With the silicone release liner removed, one is amazed by the extraordinary tenacity of these pressure-sensitive mucilages – pure magic! As I am intensely responsible […]
To be frank enough, I am deeply ecstatic when designing the ultimate sticky matrix at VIZLENT. Self-adhesive is a visco-elastic mucilage capable of getting strongly bonded when in simple physical contact. Heat and chemicals are not required. Upon peeling the silicone-release sheet, the pressure-sensitive polymer will immediately bond and the substrate will be bonded with […]
