Vinyl Flame Retardant Material Wrap Around Wire Labels Features
Vinyl Flame Retardant Material Wrap Around Wire Labels by Vizlent combine a printable white face zone with a transparent self-laminating tail.
After the printed area is applied to the cable, the clear tail wraps around and seals over the print, protecting it from abrasion, solvents, and fluids commonly found in equipment cabinets and harness routing channels.
The vinyl face stock is UL 94 V-0 rated, so the wrap around wire labels self-extinguish if exposed to a flame source, an important safety feature in densely populated control cabinets and aircraft, rail, and EV harness environments.
The flexible film conforms to a wide range of cable diameters without lifting at the seam.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We design the printable zone and the clear self-laminating tail to match your specific cable outer diameter range, typically from 2 mm up to 25 mm or larger. We can also adjust the height, layout, and roll format to suit your printer and application workflow.
Yes. Once the transparent tail wraps over the print zone, it forms a continuous protective layer that shields the text and barcodes from contact with oils, fuels, IPA, and mechanical abrasion. This is the key reason wrap-around designs are preferred over single-layer labels in harness environments.
Standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per layout. Production usually takes 7–12 working days after artwork approval, and we can ship in rolls sized to fit Brady, Zebra, and other major thermal transfer printer models.
Flame retardancy is the most critical attribute for cable identification inside enclosed assemblies. VIZLENT supplies vinyl rated at UL 94 V-0 so the marker itself will not sustain a flame after the ignition source is removed, helping your finished assembly meet enclosure-level fire safety requirements.
Yes. The white face zone is engineered to accept resin thermal transfer ribbons from major brands and runs cleanly on standard 2-inch and 4-inch industrial label printers. We can supply ribbon recommendations and sample rolls so your operations team can validate print quality before placing a bulk order.
