Customized Industrial Warning Safety Labels Features
Customized Industrial Warning Safety Labels from Vizlent are designed for OEMs and industrial operators who need durable, regulation-compliant hazard communication on machinery, control cabinets, and process equipment.
We supply labels printed on weatherable polyester or vinyl face stocks with UV-stable inks, then optionally laminate them with a protective overlay to extend life under sun, abrasion, and cleaning chemicals.
Layouts can be customized to follow ANSI Z535 or ISO 3864 design conventions, with the appropriate signal word, pictogram, and multilingual text blocks. The permanent acrylic adhesive bonds reliably to powder-coated steel, aluminum, painted plastics, and engineered polymers, supporting long-term hazard communication across the machine’s service life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We help customers configure layouts to ANSI Z535 or ISO 3864 conventions, including signal word panels, hazard pictograms, and multilingual safety messages. Customers can provide finished artwork or send hazard content for our design team to lay out per the chosen standard.
With UV-stable inks and an optional polyester overlaminate, our warning labels typically deliver 5–7 years of outdoor service life and stand up well to routine industrial chemical and washdown exposure. Service life depends on UV intensity and chemical contact, so we recommend matching specification to your operating environment.
The MOQ is 500 pieces per SKU, with shorter runs available on our digital workflow. Lead time is typically 7–14 working days after artwork approval, and we can split shipments to support staged production at multiple plant sites.
UV resistance is the single most critical attribute for outdoor safety labels, because a faded pictogram or unreadable signal word defeats the purpose of the warning. VIZLENT uses UV-stable inks and offers overlaminates designed to slow color shift and maintain contrast across years of sunlight exposure.
Yes. The permanent acrylic adhesive is formulated to bond reliably to powder-coated steel, painted aluminum, polycarbonate, ABS, and most engineering plastics. For very low-energy surfaces such as polyethylene we can specify a high-tack adhesive variant on request.
