Industrial Cable Wrap Labels Features
Industrial Cable Wrap Labels from Vizlent provide reliable identification for power, signal, and control cables across factory floors, control panels, and machinery enclosures.
Each label features a printable white zone followed by a transparent self-laminating tail that wraps over the printed area, sealing barcodes, circuit numbers, and text against contact with oils, solvents, abrasion, and dust.
The flexible vinyl face stock is UL 94 V-0 rated and engineered to conform around cable bends and bundles without lifting at the seam. Combined with a high-tack permanent acrylic adhesive, our industrial cable wrap labels maintain identification integrity across long service intervals in demanding plant environments.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We design the printable zone and the clear self-laminating tail length to fit your exact cable outer diameter range, from 2 mm thin signal wires up to 25 mm and larger power cables. We can also adjust label height and roll format to suit your printer.
The clear self-laminating tail completely covers the printed area, providing a sealed barrier against oils, fuels, IPA, and mechanical abrasion. This protection makes VIZLENT industrial cable wrap labels far more durable in service than single-layer cable markers.
Standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per layout, and production lead time is typically 7–12 working days after artwork approval. For repeat customers we hold material in stock against rolling forecasts to shorten reorder turnaround.
Yes. Inside sealed control cabinets the cable marker must not propagate flame in the event of an electrical fault. VIZLENT supplies vinyl rated to UL 94 V-0, so the wrap labels self-extinguish after the ignition source is removed, supporting your enclosure-level compliance.
Yes. The face stock is engineered for resin thermal transfer ribbons and runs cleanly on standard 2-inch and 4-inch industrial label printers from major brands. We can supply ribbon recommendations and sample rolls so your team can validate print quality before placing a bulk order.
