Low Temperature Resistant Labels

  • Secure your cold chain logistics, laboratory samples, and frozen inventory with VIZLENT Low Temperature Resistant Labels.
  • Engineered specifically for deep freeze environments, dry ice transport, and blast freezers, our premium synthetic labels feature a specialized freezer-grade adhesive that thrives in sub-zero temperatures.
  • Compatible with thermal transfer printers, VIZLENT ensures your vital barcodes, patient data, and expiration dates remain securely attached and perfectly legible through endless freeze-thaw cycles and harsh condensation.

Engineered for Sub-Zero Environments

Standard stickers harden and peel off when the temperature drops.

VIZLENT low temperature resistant labels are manufactured from advanced synthetic materials designed to thrive in extreme conditions.

Whether storing pharmaceutical products in -80°C laboratory freezers, managing commercial blast freezers, or utilizing liquid nitrogen (LN2) for biobanking, these labels will not become brittle, shrink, or crack, ensuring your tracking data survives the cold.

Sticks to Already-Frozen Surfaces

In fast-paced logistics and labs, you cannot always label at room temperature.

Our specialized low-temperature adhesive is formulated with an exceptional initial tack, allowing you to apply labels directly to already-frozen cardboard, chilled plastics, and frosty laboratory vials.

This eliminates the need to thaw products before labeling, streamlining your frozen food packaging process and protecting temperature-sensitive goods.

ultimate moisture and frost defense

Ultimate Moisture and Frost Defense

Moving products in and out of cold storage creates heavy condensation and frost, which easily destroys standard paper.

Crafted from durable synthetic materials like polypropylene and polyester, our cryogenic labels act as an impenetrable barrier against water damage.

They ensure your custom product packaging and barcode tracking remain pristine and securely adhered, even during rapid temperature shifts and rigorous freeze-thaw cycles.

Universal Cold Chain Versatility

Secure your supply chain across every demanding sector.

Our heavy-duty freezer labels are the trusted solution for diverse sub-zero applications.

From tagging cryogenic vials in medical biobanking and transporting vaccines on dry ice, to labeling frozen meat packaging in commercial kitchens, these labels deliver uncompromising reliability.

Ensure strict regulatory compliance and perfect inventory traceability across your entire cold chain operation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How cold can these low temperature resistant labels get before falling off?

It depends on the specific material grade selected, but our standard freezer labels easily withstand continuous storage down to -40°C (-40°F). For extreme medical environments, our specialized cryogenic labels maintain their permanent bond all the way down to -196°C in liquid nitrogen (LN2).

Can I apply these labels to items that are already frozen and frosty?

Yes! While standard labels must be applied at room temperature, our specialized freezer-grade adhesive has a high initial tack designed for cold application. You can apply these labels directly to already-frozen cardboard, chilled plastics, and frosty containers without needing to thaw the item first.

Do I need a special printer for these cold storage labels?

To ensure your barcodes and text do not smear when exposed to frost and condensation, we highly recommend using an industrial or desktop Thermal Transfer Printer equipped with a resin or wax-resin ribbon. Standard direct thermal paper will often fade or turn black in certain cold-chain conditions.

Will standard paper labels work in a freezer if they have strong glue?

While a strong adhesive might keep a paper label on the box initially, the paper itself will absorb moisture from condensation and disintegrate during freeze-thaw cycles. For true durability in sub-zero environments, we always recommend moisture-resistant synthetic materials like polypropylene or polyester.

Will the printed barcode smudge when the frozen item thaws and “sweats”?

No. When printed correctly with a thermal transfer printer and a compatible resin ribbon, the ink is permanently fused to the label’s synthetic topcoat. The printed data is highly resistant to moisture and will not smudge or smear when the product thaws and produces heavy condensation.
