All free samples are taken from live production stock, so the caliper, opacity, adhesive build, and liner behavior exactly match what you would receive in a bulk order. This means any test results you generate on the samples will replicate in serial supply.
Our standard MOQ for shipping labels is 5,000 pieces, with production lead time of 7–12 business days after artwork and specification lock. We reserve faster turnaround slots for customers who have already qualified their construction through our sample program.
The acrylic adhesive used in the samples has a typical minimum application temperature of around -4°C and a service range down to -10°C once bonded. If your application is colder, request our cold-temperature adhesive sample explicitly and we will include it for evaluation.
