- Take complete control of your facility’s organization with VIZLENT blank magnetic labels.
- Perfect for dynamic warehouses, agile offices, and busy classrooms, our reusable magnetic tags offer a strong, repositionable grip on any metal surface, streamlining your workflow and drastically reducing long-term consumable costs.
Endless Customization Options
Our blank magnetic labels provide the perfect foundation for your unique tracking system.
Write on them directly with permanent or dry-erase markers, apply customized sticker paper for high-resolution graphics, or use them as a sturdy, movable backing for your existing inventory tags.
This unmatched flexibility allows you to adapt your visual organization to any project instantly.
Industrial Print Compatibility
Need high-volume, durable tracking? These blank magnetic strips are fully compatible with industrial continuous-feed printers.
When paired with high-quality thermal transfer ribbons, you can generate crisp, smudge-proof barcodes and SKU data directly onto the surface.
This ensures your warehouse inventory labels remain perfectly scannable even in high-traffic logistics hubs.
Built for Demanding Environments
For harsh workspaces like cold storage or heavy manufacturing, these sturdy write-on magnetic tags stand up to the challenge.
If your labels will face chemical wipe-downs or heavy physical abrasion, you can easily apply clear cold lamination film over your customized surface.
This creates an impenetrable, waterproof shield, guaranteeing your data survives the toughest conditions.
Steadfast Magnetic Strength
Stop worrying about labels that curl at the edges, peel, or slide off your racks.
Engineered with a high-density magnetic backing, these reusable nameplates deliver a powerful, flat grip on any ferrous metal surface.
From heavy-duty pallet racks to retail gondolas, your custom magnetic signs stay exactly where you put them, keeping your facility looking professional.

Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on your needs! For temporary notes, use dry-erase or wet-erase markers. For permanent identification, you can use industrial permanent markers, apply printed sticker paper directly to the magnetic face, or print on them using high-resin thermal transfer ribbons.
Standard desktop inkjet or laser printers usually cannot process thick magnetic sheets. For desktop printing, we highly recommend printing your design onto high-quality sticker paper first, and then adhering that paper seamlessly to our blank magnetic labels.
If your write-on magnetic tags are exposed to heavy dust, grease, or frequent handling, we suggest applying a layer of clear cold lamination film over the surface after you write on them. This instantly waterproofs the label and prevents your text from smudging.
Magnetic products only adhere to ferrous metals (metals containing iron, like standard steel warehouse racks, metal doors, or steel-backed whiteboards). They will not stick to aluminum, brass, or certain non-magnetic grades of stainless steel.
While traditional self-adhesive and label materials are cheaper upfront, they are strictly single-use and leave damaging residue behind. Magnetic labels are infinitely reusable. You can move them instantly as your inventory changes, saving you significant money on replacements and labor over time.
