Ultra Low Temperature Thermal Transfer Labels For Metal Surface Features
Vizlent Ultra Low Temperature Thermal Transfer Labels are formulated specifically for metal substrates exposed to cryogenic environments, such as stainless steel cryo racks, aluminum canes, and liquid nitrogen storage canisters.
The metalized polyester or matte polyolefin face stock is paired with a high-tack acrylic adhesive engineered for the high surface energy of stainless steel and aluminum.
These ultra low temperature thermal transfer labels accept resin ribbon printing for permanent barcodes, asset numbers, and lot information that must remain machine-readable after years of cycling between LN2 immersion and room temperature handling. The adhesive maintains shear strength without becoming brittle at cryogenic temperatures.
