Laser-Markable Labels Gloss Black Features
Laser-Markable Labels Gloss Black from Vizlent are built on a 50-micron polyester film with a glossy black topcoat over a white reactive sublayer.
When struck by a fiber laser, the topcoat ablates precisely in the marked area to reveal a bright white legend, giving the premium black-with-white look favored on professional audio, broadcast and laboratory front panels.
The Laser-Markable Labels Gloss Black also resist solvents, abrasion and UV, so legends remain crisp throughout the product life cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. VIZLENT supplies the gloss black laser-markable polyester as roll stock, as A4/A3 sheets and as fully die-cut finished labels. Custom shapes, slit widths from 250 mm to 1320 mm, and printed liners are all available. Tooling for standard die shapes is free of charge.
The gloss black topcoat ablates with very clean edges under a properly tuned fiber laser, so fine text, logos and 2D codes mark with strong white contrast. The exposed sublayer is UV-stable and abrasion-resistant, keeping the legend sharp through years of indoor service and frequent handling.
Stock widths ship from one-roll MOQ in 3–5 working days. Custom slit widths or die-cut finished labels require 500 m² MOQ and 7–12 working days. We coordinate global air, sea and express shipping directly from our facility.
The polyester topcoat resists fingerprints, scratching and standard cleaning chemicals such as IPA and mild detergents, so the gloss black finish stays uniform on premium equipment. Because the white legend lives under the topcoat, normal cleaning cannot remove or fade it.
Yes. The face stock works with standard fiber, CO2 and Nd:YAG lasers using typical black-face parameters, and the liner is engineered for common label presses, dispensers and automatic applicators. We share recommended laser settings and a full technical data sheet to support fast process validation.
