Anti-Counterfeit Hologram Stickers
Vizlent Anti-Counterfeit Hologram Stickers are produced on metallized PET film using high-precision nickel shim embossing, which records nano-scale interference patterns that cannot be replicated by standard printing or copying equipment.
Each Anti-Counterfeit Hologram Sticker carries multi-layer security features—2D/3D imagery, dot-matrix beams, hidden text and optional UV inks—so authenticity can be verified visually, by serial lookup or under laser readers.
The adhesive system fractures the holographic image on removal attempts, leaving a clear evidence pattern on the substrate and a destroyed label on the hand.

Yes. VIZLENT designs Anti-Counterfeit Hologram Stickers from scratch using your logo, brand colors and serial numbering scheme. We can combine 2D/3D imagery, hidden text, microtext, UV-fluorescent ink and unique dot-matrix beams in one label. Sizes from 10 mm up to 100 mm and any custom die-cut shape are supported.
Our hologram stickers use a fragile PET face stock with engineered weak points, so the label fractures into small fragments on any peel attempt. A VOID pattern can also be embedded, leaving a permanent residue on the substrate. Reuse on another package is therefore impossible, which is the core requirement for genuine tamper evidence.
Standard MOQ for custom Anti-Counterfeit Hologram Stickers is 5,000 pieces. Production runs 10–15 working days after artwork and master shim approval. For repeat orders using an existing shim, lead time is reduced to 7–10 working days. We ship worldwide by express, air or sea according to volume.
The master shim is electron-beam written and held under strict control at our facility, so the optical pattern cannot be reproduced by photocopying, scanning or commodity printing. Combined with hidden security layers and unique serial numbers, the labels are designed to defeat both casual copying and professional counterfeiting attempts.
