Thermal Adhesive Stickers Barcode Printer Labels Features

Vizlent Thermal Adhesive Stickers Barcode Printer Labels are produced on top-coated direct thermal or matte thermal transfer face stock, paired with a permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive and silicone-coated kraft liner.

The thermal layer reacts to print head temperatures between approximately 80°C and 95°C to produce high-contrast, ANSI grade-A barcodes, while the protective topcoat shields the printed image from smudge, light scratching, and moisture during warehouse handling.

Engineered for high-throughput labeling, these thermal barcode printer labels are wound to OEM-spec core diameters and tensions so they run cleanly in Zebra, SATO, TSC, Honeywell, and Bixolon printers without head drag or media slip.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can VIZLENT customize the size, core, and winding direction of the thermal label rolls?

Yes. We die-cut to any width and length, wind on 1″ or 3″ cores, and produce both inside- and outside-wound rolls to match your printer. Roll outer diameter, perforation between labels, and gap or black-mark registration are all configurable.

Will the printed barcodes hold up in warehouse conditions?

Yes. The protective topcoat resists smudge, light scratching, and moisture splash typical of warehouse and DC environments, keeping barcodes within ANSI grade tolerance. For longer storage or outdoor exposure we recommend the thermal transfer construction paired with a wax-resin ribbon.

What are the MOQ and lead time for wholesale rolls?

Standard MOQ at VIZLENT is 5,000 pieces, scalable up to multi-million-piece programs for distributors and 3PLs. Production lead time is 7–12 business days, with stocked sizes such as 4″x6″ available for faster dispatch.

How important is consistent caliper and liner release for barcode quality?

Very important. Variation in caliper or liner release tension causes head drag, slip, and uneven darkness, which degrades barcode grade. VIZLENT controls face and liner thickness within tight tolerances and tests release values on a sampling basis to keep prints in the ANSI A–B range.

Are these labels compatible with my existing Zebra or SATO barcode printer?

Yes. The rolls are produced to OEM media specifications for Zebra, SATO, TSC, Honeywell, and Bixolon printers, including standard core sizes, OD limits, and gap or black-mark sensing. Provide your printer model and we will match wind direction and core size at no extra cost.
