Syringe Identification Labels Features
Syringe Identification Labels are precision-engineered for secure, long-lasting adhesion to the curved cylindrical surfaces of standard polypropylene and glass syringes used in hospital, operating theatre, intensive care, and emergency medicine settings. The thin, flexible facestock—typically a low-gauge polypropylene or polyester film—is die-cut to conform to syringe barrel curvature without bridging, lifting at edges, or covering graduation markings.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive is selected for rapid wet-out on polypropylene, which presents a low-surface-energy bonding challenge for many standard adhesive systems, ensuring the label remains bonded even when syringe surfaces are handled with gloved hands or are lightly contaminated with saline or plasma.
