Cryogenic Label Material Manufacturer
VIZLENT is on the forefront in designing cryogenic label products in laboratory and medical sensitive settings.
We have ideal labels that can be used in storing liquid nitrogen, ultra-low-temperature freezers, dry-ice shipment, etc.
Cryogenic Label Material Supplier in China
We provide a wide range of cryogenic labels manufactured of high quality films and adhesives.
High-grade polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP) and special purpose thermal-transfer receptive topcoats are used in our products, and have the ability to withstand extreme conditions.
VIZLENT also fabricates custom cryogenic labels with various thicknesses, coat weight and finishes to fit any technical need with advanced

Cryogenic Label Material Distinctive Attributes
Every label is customizable with a set of performance characteristics. VIZLENT has a great variety of constructions, adhesive forces, and liners.
We also have labels of deep-freeze, cryo-vial, cryogenic straw, conical tube, and many more.
These labels are well fabricated using quality polymers and fine coating equipment.
We are able to tailor any label to your performance requirements. Send us your technical specifications and we will give it a reality.
High quality material parts
VIZLENT uses high-performance synthetic facestocks in designing labels. It is also available in other choices such as matte or glossy white polyester, clear films, and silver VOID materials to be used in tamper-evident applications. All of these elements offer benefits to the end product including:
- Ultra-Low Temp Resistance: Stable between -196C and +121C
- Cryogenic Adhesive Bond: Sticky to small diameters (vials/tubes)
- Chemical Resistance: Resists IPA, DMSO and xylene
- Print Durability: Thermal transfer and laser printing are compatible
- Sterilization Compatibility: Resistant to autoclave and gamma radiation
- Dimensional Stability: there is no shrinkage or edge lifting
- Flexible Facestock: Adapts to non-flagged curved surfaces

Specialization Performance and Design
We have materials that are compatible with plastic (PP, PE, PC) and glass. They ease the tracking of samples during biobanking and in clinical trials, and fit small containers with a small surface area. The thin-gauge is compact, smooth and business-like.
Tough adhesive can be used to make labels remain in place during a fast freeze/ thaw process and maintain data integrity. The topcoat is a durable one that can be read by barcode scanner after the long period of storage.
Long-term support is also provided on labels, stem cells, blood components, or genomic samples. Fine finishes serve to guard the print against erosion, smear or damage.
Why Use VIZLENT to make Custom Cryogenic Labels?

VIZLENT has gained years of experience in the manufacture of high-performance labels. We have product lines such as self-laminating cryo labels, tamper evidence cryo film, color coded cryogenic tapes and others.
We also stock an impressive selection of cryogenic materials in all sizes, colors, types of adhesives, and even in several different thicknesses so you are sure to find one that is the right fit to your laboratory or business.
In case you require a label that sticks to other frozen surface then we can design a custom solution. Send us your technical requirements, certifications and volume requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. VIZLENT develops labels to be used in cryogenic storage. They have a strong adhesive bond and maintain their structure in the presence of liquid nitrogen (–196 0 C) or in the vapor phase dewars. This makes your samples visible and eliminates edge lifting or flagging.
They are designed to print thermal-transfer, which is the standard of durable lab barcodes. We also offer top coats of laser printing and UV flexography. The labels are resistant to smudging, isopropyl alcohol, and to the usual solvents like xylene or DMSO with the appropriate resin ribbons.
Yes. B2B customers have problems with peeling labels off of micro-centrifuge tubes or cryo-vials. Our high tack permanent acrylic adhesives and bendable synthetic facestocks like PET or PP, follow tight curves. This wrap around design retains the label in the course of quick freeze-thaw cycles.
The vast majority require room-temperature use, as well as we have cryo-adhesives which adhere to frosty or pre-frozen surfaces down to -20 C.
Our quality control is very rigorous at all stages to attain consistency between batches. We test our materials in terms of biocompatibility and comply with REACH and RoHS.
